Competent,
Successful and
Become the leader who chooses on purpose.
Not Fine
Career According to Possibility is a self-guided program
for people in advertising and marketing who are
successful on paper and know something still needs to
change.
Created by a former healthcare advertising executive with 20+ years in the industry.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Everything looks right.
Something still feels off.
Everyone leans on you. No
one checks in.
You're the person everyone
brings their problems to, and
when it's your turn, you handle it
alone.
What you loved fell off the
calendar.
The job kept expanding, and
something had to give. Usually,
it was the part that felt most
like you.
Wanting more feels
ungrateful.
You've wondered if there's more
to your career, and then felt
guilty for wanting it.
Praised for work you've
outgrown.
They say "good job." It stops
feeling like one.
Not dramatically off. Not crisis-level off. Just enough that you can't ignore it anymore.
YOU'RE IN GOOD COMPANY
You're not the only one.
Most people never hear language for carrying something this
draining while making it look this effortless. So they keep it to
themselves, and they assume they're the only one.
They're not. Different people, different companies, different titles. The
same feeling underneath all of it. And it's rarely the people who are
struggling. It's the people everyone admires.
High-Functioning
Misalignment.
What you've been feeling has a name. It's when the title, the income, and the reputation all say you're doing well, and what you want from your work has stopped matching them. You're still delivering. Still performing. Still succeeding. Your competence becomes the camouflage.
This isn't burnout. You're not falling behind. A week off wouldn't fix it,
because you'd come back to the same work, still doing it well.
WHY START HERE
What do you really want?
From the outside, you've done everything right. So why do you still
end the day wondering if there's more?
Because somewhere along the way, the next step stopped being a
choice. A door opened, it was a step up, and you walked through it.
Then the next door opened, and the one after that.
A new role, a new company, or a new plan won't fix it until you've
answered one question: what do I actually want? Almost no one
stops to ask. Everyone around you is asking what you can deliver
next.
This program is built around that question. It starts with an honest
look at where you are, and it gets you moving on what you find.
“I spent more than 20 years being good at a career I’d outgrown. I built this program to help people work out what they want, and gather the evidence to act on it.”

FAQ
Common questions.
A self-guided program: eight video modules and a workbook to help you figure out what you want from your career and take a first step toward it. Built for people in advertising and marketing who are good at their jobs and no longer sure it’s what they want. It follows a similar framework I use with my live clients, at your own pace and on your own. If you’ve never worked with a coach, this is an easy place to start.
Yes. Not being sure is the starting point. You work out what you want, and the first step you take is small, like a conversation or an email. It’s not a resignation.
Plan on about an hour a week: 20 to 25 minutes of video, then the rest of the hour with your workbook. That’s one module a week, the pace the program is built for, so about eight weeks start to finish. Module 2 has two videos, so that week runs longer. If a week gets away from you, your videos are available for six months.
Yes, it’s designed for it. The videos teach, the workbook has the reflection questions and worksheets, and every module ends with a prompt to say what you wrote out loud to someone you trust.
A clear picture of what you want from your work, in your own words, and a first move on your calendar. Along the way you’ll see where your time and energy go, and where doubt has been making your decisions for you. The program doesn’t promise a new job or a promotion. What you do with what you find is up to you.
It depends. If you’re worn out and a real break would fix it, take the break. This program won’t replace it. If you took the break and came back to the same job feeling the same way, this is what it’s for.
Not from me. Nothing about the program involves your employer, and I don’t share who enrolls. If you want it kept entirely separate from work, make sure to use a personal email when you enroll. Who you tell is up to you.
One module a week takes about eight weeks, so six months leaves plenty of room. After six months the videos are no longer available, so if you’re partway through, finish them before then. The workbook is yours to keep.
I spent 20+ years in advertising, so this is built for your world. It starts with what you want, before you update your resume or start looking. And it doesn’t assume the answer is a promotion or a new job.
If you’re sure you want to stay and change things where you are, start with live coaching. That work depends on your company, your boss, and your situation, and on Zoom I can work through all of it with you. Apply to work with me 1:1. If you’re not sure yet, start here.
All sales are final, so please read what’s included before you enroll.
